Location was excellent, staff were efficient and friendly, and breakfast was good
Hotel near piaza di spagna (only 1 minute walking) and close to fontana di trevi. The breakast was so delicious. Staff arw helpful and they all speak english. The price was very fair relative to other surrounding hotels. There is free wifi in the hotel but no PCs or laptops.
The room we got first was on the firsy floor with a window leading to a very close building with some construction works, so we had feelings that anyone could step into our room through the window. But upon our first request they changed our room so thanks a lot.
Very close to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain and metro stops
very comfortable room, good service, good breakfast, excellent location
I like the friendly atmosphere, the cordial breakfast located in a cheerful and sunny rooftop and the location near the Spanish Steps, a very vibrant part of Rome.
Wonderful location and very nice and modern room. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend this to any couple wanting to enjoy the sites of this beautiful city. Only recommendation to the hotel would be to have coffee making facilities in the room....but there is a McCafe 3 minutes walk away !
Very good location near to the market
No wi-fi connection
Location is excellent and it is a very functional hotel. Breakfast was good and the view from the top floor is nice.
Excellent location. Very modern design, clean and spacious rooms. Good price/ quality ratio.
Great location. Clean room and nice bath. Good breakfast. We were able to stay up to 5 p.m. for a reasonable fee.
Room does not look as good as the pictures on the website.
Location, cleanliness, evrything new!
The reception is in hotel Concordia across the street.Heating was bad, I was very cold for me.
it is a great located hotel, in the center of the city, with a nice terrace for the breakfast on the top of the building. The staff is very friendly and polite.
too small washcabine in the bedroom and sounds of some construction works which took place during my stay at the hotel.
Location is excellent, contemporary decor, good breakfast room.
That the hotel is actually an additional set of rooms for the Hotel Concordia located across the road. Hotel Pinchio is not a standalone facility as its website would have one believe and this led to some unacceptable practices, some which we read about just prior to arrival (read plumbing problems etc). Please note that the photo graphs were a little deceptive; public areas and bathrooms were as expected but our bedroom was a little knocked around - badly marked walls and bed cover. Upon checking in we were informed that our room had an "electrical problem" with the door and we had to move to another hotel, the Fenice locate some 100m away. When questioning the hotel (Concordia) staff member that the booking we made some nine months earlier was with Hotel Pinchio, she explained in grossly rude terms that we had paid no deposit and said we were welcome to cancel the entire booking. She refuted the fact that an internet search several hours earlier had suggested many available rooms at Hotel Pinchio. She refused my repeated requests to speak to the hotel (Concordia) manager - saying that she would not do so for the remainder of her shift until 11pm. It became clear that our options were limited - take the Hotel Fenice - or try and find alternative accomodation. The staff member said their only obligation was to find us another hotel with the same star rating - please note that while this may be so, the difference between the Fenice and Pinchio when we eventually got there was vast. The room was tiny and dark, less than hald the size of the Pinchio. To do their credit Fenice staff were helpful in stark contrast to the Concordia staffer when checking in as were other Concordia staff, Lucca especially, for the remainder of our stay. In the end we took the Fenice only after securing a handwritten commitment that we would be relocated to the Pinchio. A later request for a tariff adjustment was denied.
Location is central
Odd arrangement - had to check in and out at the hotel across the road, which wasn't clear before hand.
Great location - v close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain - easy walk to all key sites. Breakfast was very good in a nice terrace cafe.
No wi-fi - had to cross road to other hotel to even get internet connection. Rooms small (but nice) and various things not working - window didn't open properly, curtains got stuck etc. No cable tv and poor tv reception.
